The moulder model FCP-93 is designed to work with bread dough, with a minimum content of 50% water. It is a very versatile machine with which it can be obtained the desired shape for each kind of bread. Its function is to lengthen the dough portions with different shapes: short bread, long bread, baguette, with thin ends, without ends, etc.
